Today's society is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has become an effective tool for promotion and change business management. By using the planning system, in-depth knowledge of combing, a reasonable knowledge management platform and promote the use of IT , knowledge management has become an important tool to enhance organizational intelligence, improve management efficiency and enhance their overall competitive advantage around the excellent enterprises and institutions at home and abroad.However, the enterprise knowledge management system does not take full advantage of its knowledge sharing and management capabilities powerfully at this stage. As the Web2.0 era is coming, it has brought a new inspiration to enhance knowledge management's effectiveness, and promote innovation and application of knowledge. Integration of Web2.0 concepts, methods and techniques, knowledge management will be more emphasis on the process of learning and innovation, the user participated in "writeing", "contribution" and the process of collaborative interaction of the knowledge content independently, both inside and outside groups of the organization collectived intelligence gathering, the formation of knowledge creation, organization, updating, exchange and sharing has brought lots of opportunities for enterprise development.Based on this, from the content and characteristics of knowledge management, this paper will analyze the relationship between knowledge management and business development, and summarized the various problems of the existing knowledge management system. Through the detailed study of the knowledge which Web2.0 related, analysis indicates that the impact of Web2.0 on enterprise knowledge management, to complete the requirements description and the overall design of the enterprise knowledge management system. Overall, the article is divided into four parts:1. Knowledge management and the related knowledge of Web2.0. On the one hand, detailed introduced the relevant content from knowledge to knowledge management, analysis the role of the knowledge to the enterprise and staff development, and pointed out the difference and connection between the two of them. On the other hand, introduced the development of Web2.0 concept and current characteristics, and by introducing some typical applications as Blog, Wiki, Rss, SNS, IM, BookMark, Tag, Digg, Ajax, etc which are dependent on Web2.0, fully demonstrating the technology advantage and ideological innovation when Web2.0 exist in the knowledge management technology.2. Analysis the current problems of knowledge management. Through the study of the reason why the enterprise implement knowledge management, analysis the obstacles of the existing knowledge management system from three major points on respectively, those includes the enterprise knowledge management, enterprise personnel and knowledge management system. First, the enterprises lacked the correct knowledge of management knowledge; second, the lack of attention to personnel training; third, the lack of effective incentive mechanism during the knowledge management process, ignore the user experience and the innovation of knowledge, impediment to the development of knowledge seriously; finally, the knowledge management system itself too demanding, the system lacks flexibility, resulting in a tremendous waste of resources.3. Web2.0's contact and influence for enterprise knowledge management. In theory, Web2.0 and knowledge management also have a user-centered management philosophy, and in the application platform, they are common to the core content which is developing explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge at the same time. Therefore, Web2.0 broght in more critical applications to knowledge management, providing a knowledge management mode that is initiative to push, and enhance knowledge of personalization, ease of use and ease of communication, build a good platform for knowledge sharing.4. To achieve of Knowledge Management System on Web2.0 environment. Through knowledge management needs analysis between enterprises and employees, built some major management function modules, including knowledge sharing, knowledge classification and organization, knowledge acquisition, knowledge communication, knowledge creation, evaluation feedback, knowledge maps. In response to these needs, the service-oriented architecture (SOA) concept will be introduced into the service layer in the system, integrated the system applications flexible, accordingly complete call flexibility from the user layer, the knowledge portal to the knowledge logic layer, knowledge data access layer, knowledge storage layer.
