Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Land Reserve Management In China

In many western developed countries, the land reserve has already formed the management system and mature theories. Since the different models of development and the historical background, Land reserve system of China is still in the initial stage. There are many shortcomings in the theoretical research and practical experience, the work management model and the effect of land reserve system is different from each other.This article is based on follow research. It introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the land reserve system of China, analyzes the regions experience theory research and practice development of land reserve system of domestic and foreign advanced countries, emphasizes the important application of the basic theoretical knowledge of science in the theoretical study on land reserve system, such as Land economics theory, the theory of market failure and government intervention, the theory of public management, the theory of city economics etc. summarizes and contrasts the achievements of land reserve development, analyzes the main problems and causes of Chinese land reserve system. Finally, this article puts forward the Countermeasures and suggestions to improve the land reserve management of our government.
