With the continuous development of world economy and the rapid progressing of science&technology, the Logistics Industry, as one important element of modern economy and most economic compositive service mode during industrializing, has been developing so fast in the whole world.In China, Logistics has been granted as the "Booster" and "Accelerator" of domestic economy’s development, attached high importance from the government; As the important city of the Yangze River Delta and Nanjing Metropolitan Area, Yangzhou City attaches the high importance to the development of the logistics too. Yangzhou City has issued a series of support policy for local logistics industry. Under these favorable policies, the logistics industry in Yangzhou has grown faster and faster. When seeing these achievements on logistics industry in Yangzhou city, we also clearly realized:if to stand height of the whole Jiangsu Province, the development level of Yangzhou Logistics not good.To accelerate the development of Yangzhou Logistics, realize the development target of Yangzhou’s12th Five-Year Plan of Service Industry, push Yangzhou city to quicken the basic modernization, and show the model to those middle-developed and less-developed areas, I took the research topic of 《The Government Policy Investigation of Yangzhou Logistics Industry Development》, with Literature Research, Individual Interview, Comparative Analysis, Element Analysis, I started the investigations and raised:Yangzhou City should uses modern Management Theory as base, takes the "Lean&Agile Supply" and "Good Administration" as target, consolidate the main Logistics Industry’s development, define Logistics Industry’s plan and layout, affirm Logistics construction’s pluralism, to develop with industry, to reduce the comprehensive cost of the Logistics Industry, to form the multi-management main part, to realize the interchanging during the management, expand the management range and strengthen the efficiency of the management.On the actual measures, through:strengthening the cooperation and supports among the departments, raising the ability of the Logistics Associations, expanding the modern logistics enterprises, strengthening the main part of the logistics industry, planning and building up the3main Modern Logistics Industry bases, upgrading some modern logistics centers, completing the city distribution system to affirm the Logistics Industry plan and layout, supported by some major projects, to establish the multi-mode of logistics construction with logistics enterprises’ investment as main cause and government’s funds as direction, to develop the Port Industry with the port’s advantages, to develop the Airport Industry with the airport’s advantages, to develop the Cross Industry with the cross’s advantages, to realize the development together with the Industry, to reduce the Logistics Industry comprehensive cost by reducing the project land use cost, social public service cost and industrial compositive tax cost.
