The Research Of Chinese 3～(rd) Logistics' Developing Mode From The View Of Customer Demand

Based on the investigation and data collection , guided by such theories as TPL theory ,TPL customer demand theory, SCM theory , marking and sales theory and so on , using the method of combining quantity analysis and quality analysis, aiming the current conditions ,characteristic ,trend and related issues of TPL development , the key elements , developing mold and developing tactics of modern TPL development of our country was been studied from the view of customer demand .Firstly, the paper starts from the concept of TPL, introducing the concept and characteristics of TPL and the reason why it is popular , putting forward the concept of TPL customer demand in according to the meaning of customer demand , and indicating that the demand of TPL of our country is logistics outsourcing actually;Secondly , concluding four-elements-analyzing model of TPL customer demand in according to the theory of logistics outsourcing , analyzing the elements that affect the demand of TPL specifically , and making example analyses of TPL customer demand based on that , then ,six-elements-motivited-model and developing value chain of TPL development were been summed up, and mature-degree-matrix of TPL development was been putted forward which making a full analysis of each stage and the characteristics of it of TPL development;In the end , the "developing pole" mode was been put forward through the full analysis of developing characteristic and developing mode of TPL companies at home and abroad , and corresponding developing strategy and suggestion were indicated in terms of the following three aspects: Strategy position, product structures and knowledge management.The development of TPL should regard transportation as main developing pole , storage as vice- developing pole, developing storage led by transportation , removing solid inventory by using mobile inventory , developing the related service by nuclear service ,and therefore developing the related extending and value-added service;At the same time , building the company's information and knowledge by cost advantage, integrating whole logistics system, improving the level of company's management, and finally propelling the full development of company .Only by doing nuclear business deeply ,fully ,greatly ,strongly and making progress in each fields ,can we make sure the sustainable development of the company.
