In the new economic era of the21st century with the basic characteristics of globalization, digitization, informatization, enterprises always owns various strength or weakness, and they grows or declines, which is caused not only by weather they have a sound capital base, but rather by the degree.to master the core knowledge and innovation ability, and much more by weather to own and train high qualified employees and professional team. From the traditional personnel management to the modern human resources management, and then to the emerging strategic human resource management, the last one is playing a more and more important role in all the enterprise strategies. As a consequence, an increasing number of the business units focus on finding the solution of the coordination and harmonization between the strategic human resource management and corporate strategy, and try their best to maximize the strategic human resource management’s function.The M company have many unreasonable problems, such as irrational structure, lack of strategic planning, and so on, which has a very seriously bad affection on the their long-term development. Therefore, the research of the human resource management strategy for the M company appears to be particularly important. In this paper, theoretical research, and empirical analysis solution is applied with a result of the combination of theory and practice. Through studying abroad strategic human resource management theory, and analyzing the distinction between the traditional and modern human resource management and its impact on business performance, and on this basis, combined with the M company’s background and operating strategic analysis, the paper develops the analysis and diagnosis on its current status of the human resources management, in order to identify the existed problems, and to develop a suitable human resources management ideas and principles, the framework design of its human resource management strategy system strategy-oriented recruitment system, training system, performance appraisal system, corporate culture management system. In the meantime, the article provide guarantee to execute the new human resources management system for the M company. Besides that, it provides a prospect for the company’s human resources strategic management. Finally, based on management practical research, the summery on strategic human resource management is proceeded in the end of the articles, following by current research gaps and further exploration.Through the paper’s exploration and research, on the one hand, it helps the company to understand and improve the current status, strengthen the human resources management system construction and improvement, and promote the establishment of efficient management organizations, to provide a practical guide to develop its human resources strategic management system matching M’s corporate development strategy in a further way; on the other hand, it helps other enterprises with similar problems on the implementation of the strategic management of human resource to obtain a practical basis and useful reference.
