Research On The Growth Of China 's Growth Enterprise Market

In essence, growth of the enterprise means the improve the ability of self internal development, making full use of internal and external resources, and constantly improving the market position, and finally improving the management level. The growth of the enterprise have a vital role in the development of enterprises in the future.The GEM in China has got a rapid development,make a great difference in financing,which is serve for small and medium-sized enterprises, high-tech enterprises, innovative enterprises.In the beginning,the CSRC(China Securities Regulatory Commission) has put forward a project including eight requirements,in which the high-growth is the most important requirement.However,some enterprises did not meet the fast-growing requirements.The main content of this paper is researching the growth capacity of every enterprise in China GEM. The text can be divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction of the background and significance of the topics, review of relevant literature at home and abroad, point out the research ideas. The second part of this paper expounds the various theories,including the firm growth theory, life cycle theory, contingency theory, finally determine the essence of growth. Summarizing the listing requirements and market requirements of the GEM.In the third part,we did some descriptive analysis of the355enterprises in the GEM,which is from2009to2013.So,we can have a basic understanding of the growth development in the GEM. The fourth part is the empirical analysis part,we choose50enterprises as the sample, use13indicators to do the empirical analysis,and then got the rankings of the50enterprises. The last part elaborated the study findings and recommendations, and also pointed out the limitations.Through the study we can found that different enterprises has different rowth,and the development gap is significant. The external environment factors, industry development, the enterprise’s financial indicators and the science and technology innovation ability all can has an important impact on the growth.The enterprise must comply with the relevant requirements of the CSRC, development the ability of the growth.
