This study of the relevant literature search, read and analyze, to borrow moremature domestic scale, using questionnaires and web-based survey methods for smes-employees occupational commitment and its influencing factors to investigate. ThroughSPSS statistical analysis of the collected data, we put forward four dimensions of theoccupational commitment which: affective commitment, cost commitment, choicecommitment and normative commitment; three dimensions of the perceivedorganizational support which are separately: Working Support, Identifying Value andCaring about Well Being; four dimensions of the organizational career managementwhich are variously: fair promotion, train, providing occupational information andcareer self-cognition. However, general self-efficacy and Person-job fit areone-dimensional. The article researches the Pearson correlation analysis and linearregression by, and draws the following conclusions: General self-efficacy andemployees’ occupational commitment are positively related. Person-job fit andemployees’ occupational commitment are positively related. Perceived organizationalsupport has significant positive relation with employees’ occupational commitment.That is perceived organizational support is higher, and the individual’s occupationalcommitment is higher. Organizational career management has significant positivecorrelation with occupational commitment, That is the level of organizational careermanagement is higher, and the individual’s occupational commitment is higher. Finallycombining the relevant theories of human resource management, this research proposesthe corresponding improvement measures to provide the reference to promote the staff’soccupational commitment level from the perspective of the organization.
