China's catering industry is in the era of high-speed development. Due to the influence of the Financial Crisis, many domestic industry has slowed down there growth, but the rate of catering enterprises turnover has remained at a double-digit growth. Although China's catering industry is developing rapidly, China's catering enterprises are suffered from high rates of staff turnover and inactive of workers. Organizational commitment is good at predicting employee turnover and working attitude. Entrepreneurs are focus at establishing suitable HR management system that could improve employee organizational commitment. In human resource management system, implementing organization career management can affect employee organizational commitment, and this conclusion has been confirmed in a lot of industries except catering industry. Now the education level of catering workers are bump up, the growth and development demand are increasing, and the long-time development become to be the most important factor which affect employee organizational commitment. This paper has discussed the organizational career management's influence on catering workers'organizational commitment.This paper firstly summarized the massive literature about organization career management, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support related. The paper used perceived organizational support as intermediary variable, analyzed the mechanism of organization career management's influence on catering workers'organizational commitment and put forward a series of hypotheses. This paper taking Qingdao catering enterprises'workers as research samples, investigate their organization career management, perceived organizational support and organizational commitment with questionnaires. This paper using correlation analysis and regression analysis verifies the correlation between organization career management, perceived organizational support and organizational commitment among different dimensions. This paper using partial correlation analysis verified the intermediary function of perceived organizational support in organization career management's influence on catering workers'organizational commitment. Finally this paper proposed suggestions for enterprise career management according to the research results.There were many conclusions in this paper. Organizational career management has positive influence on catering workers'perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has positively effects on affective commitment. It has weaker positive correlation with normative commitment and continuance commitment. Career management organization is influenced on organizational commitment and affective commitment, which is through the intermediary function of perceived organizational support. Organizational career management directly effect catering workers'normative commitment and continuance commitment.
