At present, the domestic airlines are in the stage of rapid development. The various airlines are in fierce competition with each other. In order to cooperate with the business expansion of airline companies, it is imperative for the call center to transform into service call center. A lot of business logic and function module(such as traffic management, ticket sales etc.) in the interface layer of the original system of call center are mixed up, which makes it comparatively weak when confronting with the large amount of data which is interacting with one another from the perspective of the imperfect proprietary interfaces, data processing ability and the responding speed of applicable functions. Therefore, the paper optimizes the performance of the system on the basis of the original call center to ensure the safety, high efficiency, flexibility and reliability of the performance of call center, which makes the core competitiveness of the company be improved.In this paper, the utility status of the current call center and its future development are fully considered so as to make reasonable optimization, design and implementation be achieved from the aspects of functional structure, correlation processing of data and so on.In the whole process of optimization, the optimization of functional structure designed includes the adjustment and establishment of a reasonable and applicable structure, balancing design of server overload, system interface design and version control; the reasonable applicable structure is constructed through the realization of thin client; all data processing is carried out in the server; strengthen the extension of the function module in the system and reduce the response time so as to improve the user’s experience; the balance design of hardware and software overload of the applicable server and interface design of the system are able to improve the stability of the system.Secondly, the correlated processing and optimization of data designed contains data transmission, data export, data cache and improving the performance of database storage. Updating data by batches and the reasonable usage of transmission format will improve the speed of data transmission; the data cache mechanism will improve the data query speed; Oracle RAC achieves the database performance so as to ensure the reliability and security of data.After the optimization of functional structure and the correlated processing and optimization of data, it reasonably allocates the server resources, improve the fault tolerance, reduce the system response time and shorten the query time. In this paper, the business examination system of the call center is used as a test case to verify the performance of the system after being optimized.
