The Digitalization Of Minority Costume Resources And The Construction And Realization Of Its Learning Platform

The rich and colorful Chinese minority costumes is an outstanding historical and cultural accumulation of various nationalities. It is an important reflection of the appearance and image identification of each minority group, and also a sign of minority identity distinguishing from other families. Costumes are handed down in minority heritage way. However, with the development of the information and the change of culture, ethnic costumes are suffering the huge impact and threat, and have been in great danger of disappearing. Since the 21 st century, the Chinese government especially attaches importance to the protection of minority culture and heritage, and have issued a number of laws and regulations related to the protection of national culture, providing policy support for the protection of the minority costume culture. The study of minority costumes has also attracted widespread attention from all circles of the society.The rapid development of internet provides a new minority transmission for costume culture and the development of digital technology provide important technical support for the protection and transmission of the minority costumes. It is an effective method and extremely urgent job to protect ethnic culture by using digital technology to rescue and protect minority costumes culture, and using modern information technology to manage and develop national culture. However, the current digital national costumes develop slowly, and online learning platform of minority costumes hasn’t come out. Based on this background, this article from the perspective of cultural protection and application of technology discusses on the construction of digitalization and learning platform of minority costumes.First of all, this paper studies the definition of minority costumes resources digitization, divides costumes digitalization into five processes which are digital collection, digital storage, digital processing, digital display and digital transmission, and introduces each process respectively. Secondly, this paper completes the digital collective work from several kinds of minority costumes in Yunnan Province, and explores a set of systematic and complete minority costumes resources digital collection method, guided by the theory of digital collection. Thirdly, the general pattern of minority costumes online course is designed based on the characteristics of minority costumes and online learning and guided by the relevant theories of instructional design. Finally, under the guidance of the online learning course instructional design, this paper designs structure framework of minority costumes learning platform, and uses the WEB technology to develop, in order to realize the digital display and transmission.
