Design And Realization Of Decision Support System For Ecological Environment Quality Evaluation Of Haitong Haidong Based On Spring MVC

The evaluation of eco-environment quality is an ecaluation and prediction of the merits of the ecological environment quality, which was caused by the change of encodystem structure and funtion on a area. In this paper, the decision support system of eco-environmental quality evaluation is researched and developted based on analytic hierarchy process(hereinafter referred to as AHP). Its study object is the construction of Dali Haidong,a typical mountain town in Yunnan reginon. The system is based on B/S overall structure. Java is used as its development language. ArcGIS Server10.2 is used to publish a map service for the system. PostgreSQL is be used as its database system. Hibernate ORM framework is used to finish its data persistence. Spring MVC framework is used to control the business logic. EasyUI framework is used to design the front-end interface.The system can be divided into map search, questionnaire, statistical analysis, data management and user management. The following is a brief description of each module:(1) Map search is used to the visual query of the ecosystesm of the Dali Haidong, including the construction of the status map and plan map.(2) Questionnaire module is mainly used: a. design questionnaire; b. assigned to designated experts in related fields to fill in; c. save the contents of the questionnaire into the database; d. query or batch delete the history questionnaire.(3) Statistical analysis module is used to analysis the questionnaire information by the module of AHP, show the evaluation of ecological quality factor in the weight chart. According to the establishment of evaluation index, a thematic map and the ecological environmental impact statement can be generated.(4) Data management module is mainly used to manage the GIS data of Dali Haidong, including status map, plan map and thematic map.(5) User management module is used to manage the expert and officer who participate the ecological environment quality evaluation of Dali Haidong, including add, modify, batch delete and permission settings and so on.
