As information systems in hospital management more and more applications, making the hospital laboratory management requirements become increasingly higher. Traditional laboratory operations manual registration mode of operation is slow, check the inconvenience, it is difficult to cope with the growing volume of business of; Stand-alone test software for independent instrument, whether the patient data or test results can not be shared call; A large number of instruments lead to different modes of operation inspection reports different styles, can not be unified; Test items for the patient can not pay, resulting in the inevitable leakage of the long-term costs; Test results can not return to the system, doctors must report cards by hand to access patient test results; Lack of professional academic statistics to test the doctors can not facilitate the research business. Reasonable arrangements to patients and efficient inspection process? How many precise inspection data mining for clinical and research help? How to ensure the unity and integrity of hospital data? How to control and eradicate the phenomenon of leakage testing fees? More and more hospitals realize that to solve these problems above, the only viable shortcut is to establish a scientific clinical laboratory information management system(referred to as the Lis system). Studied in this paper is based on bar code technology, LIS system is how the process of patient treatment in hospital billing, blood collection, testing, taking all aspects of the test results of a comprehensive electronic information, and the formation of closed-end data flow to ensure that hospitals provide patients with safe, accurate and convenient treatment process. This paper from the inspection system of business processes, functional implementation, application analysis and cross-system connection, etc. were discussed in detail, describes the information through the bar code to identify the various tests, not only facilitates the operation of laboratory staff, but also improved The relevant inspection and test the accuracy of information security during the specimen. Limited storage capacity of the hospital information system and test the compatibility of equipment, the system queries in the test results there is still scope to be further improved.
