In recent years, in order to solve our health care problems, our country is stepping up construction of residential communities in remote medical services system. Since the current telemedicine systems is mainly focused on the study of the physiological system mode data acquisition, wireless communications, medical diagnostics geographies, resulting in community service telemedicine system function application process is narrowly defined and monitored diagnosis. Residents in a passive monitoring status, health care workers and community residents and their guardians can be no way for health information exchange. Diagnostic and health information residents too heavy dependence on medical staff.Therefore, this issue is currently subject to telemedicine system in the practical application of the community encountered on the background of the design can be embedded into a telemedicine system in medical services platform, this paper has done research work includes the following:First, this paper analyzes the telemedicine research and application of current home and abroad. By building models of telemedicine and community problems encountered in the application process analysis and research, the community health service platform based on embedded technology, the platform should have a clear query, display, communication, self-health services Features. Based on this study analyzes the message encoding technology systems and working principle* GSM platform in the community telemedicine workflow, platform used in RFID technology, short message communication PDU models. We designed based on rough membership function for the simulation in medical thinking medical consultation process intelligent diagnostic systems and medical knowledge to help community residents to learn and medical help queries AMS system.Then according to the platform’s design and functional requirements, design and development of medical services hardware platform is based on open-source hardware raspberry School. Completed the periphery of the touch key module, GSM short message module, RFID identification chip module hardware selection, focus on the realization of the GPIO interface physically connected to a circuit diagram of the working principle of each module chip and raspberry pie, formed a perfect community health services hardware platform.Final choice to install and configure the operating system and software development environment on the full range of community health services hardware platform. According to the functional requirements of a design based on a modular system of multi-level logic layer software architecture, software, middleware, driver layer, the researchers analyzed the D-bus technology software programming for process communication, a new fixed-frequency protection mechanisms peripheral hardware module status monitoring. A detailed description of the software logic layer function module program design and workflow, middleware and interface design and implementation of communication functions underlying driver API. Finally, the paper in complete hardware and software platform, based on communication, intelligent diagnostic systems and medical assistance system of medical service platform for functional testing.
