| Since the birth of first information system till today, the presented strong function of automatic and informative computer system enables information technology to develop in an explosive way and now information automation has become a development trend in the world. For management work of financial reimbursement, there is no doubt for the convenience brought about by standardization and systematization of information system to financial management work.With the continuous refinement in function of each business department in our bureau, the business of each department is increasing dramatically and the business scope is expanding continuously too. On the road of continuous progress, the pressure brought by business development to financial management work of our bureau can also be imagined. With the refinement of functions, increase of staff, expanding of business, increase of reimbursement projects and deepening of reached reimbursement level, it can be imagined that there will be more and more financial staff, serving objects and departments, service cycle will become longer and longer and there will be higher and higher requirements for professional levels of financial staff. The disadvantages brought about by traditional reimbursement method is becoming increasingly obvious, due to the change of working intensity, both of the working efficiency and working quality of financial staff will be challenged. Therefore, standardizing and assisting management work of financial reimbursement through a set of effective information system is of top urgency for our bureau to implement modern management construction.In the analysis of this research, firstly, it makes background study on current situation of financial reimbursement in Nanlang branch bureau of Zhongshan department of finance, elaborates the significance of this research and confirms the main content and work of this research. After confirming research direction, it makes business analysis of our reimbursement management, analyzes original business process and optimizes and reconstructs business process based on original business process and by using software engineering analysis method. Then, it proceeds functional analysis and analyzes business participants and system interactions, clarifies system use cases and roles participated in system, defines each functional module and structure in the form of package diagram, which include budget management, document management, reimbursement management, loan management, contract management, basic data management and system management, seven functional modules in total. Lastly, it makes data analysis of system related data and proposes corresponding abbreviated diagram and entity class diagram and sets up database structure on the basis of this. On accomplishment of analysis, it makes summarization for this research, reflects the shortages in research process and makes further planning and expectations for the following work of this research. |
