The user guidance of mobile applications plays the role of welcoming users, to highlight the product’s interactive features, reduce the friction between user’s awareness and product information. It helps users before they have problems, as well as brand promotion.Understandable guide information and vivid boot mode can quickly attract user’s attention, gain favor. It largely determines an app’s market competitiveness. Users decision of use or not depends on it in moment.Therefore, designing effective user guide content and smooth boot experience become the key factors for upgrading products’ user equipment retention and enhancing user loyalty and adhesion. This paper start on discussing mobile application guide design based on principle of user centered design, come up with a series of specific design approach comply with the user’s mental model. It starts from mobile application guide design’s definition and significance of its existence, considers that efficient guidance content allow users to generate pleasure when watching and using it. This requires user guidance information be noticed by users, be easy to read and be avoided boring. This paper summarizes the specific design methods according to the property of the contents of guide, considering using the mobile application scenarios, the level of user groups to create a reasonable guide mode, analyzes the content for which type, list many of mobile applications guide design cases.It describes the methods of create clear and lively guidance content by visual language to help users start using a product. The effective guide design can be accepted by users instantly. Its standards are hitting user pain points,using current hot spots, strengthening the main points by visual elements.
