Design And Implementation Of Web-based Teacher Workload Management System

According to the backward situation in manual operation of Teachers’workload management in our school, in this paper, we designed and implemented Teachers’ workload management system based on B/S model, which solved the filing, verification and statistics problem of teachers’ workload, also designed the algorithm of teachers’ gradingThe main research works are as follows:Using the method of software engineering and technical for requirement analysis; Contrast the popular related technology to determine the technical architecture, designed sub-module structure and established relevant database and database table; Using the analytical hierarchy process and clustering analysis, we designed statistical algorithm and teachers’ grading method of teachers’ workload. According to the demand of system design, using B/S model, asp.net technology and SQL technology, we completed the user login interface and the module development of teachers, eventually formed the teachers work load management system by the integration of each module. Meanwhile, we applied functional testing and performance testing of system.Through practical operation, the system basically satisfies the school teachers’work management requirements, and wins the consistent high praise by teacher and management. At the same time, this paper also puts forward shortcomings of the system and states further development of direction.
