Flexible electronic technology is a new science and technology. The emerging electronic technology based on the flexible and stretchable substrate is known as flexible electronics. Because of its unique flexibility and stretchability, flexible electronic systems have a wide application prospect in many aspects. Because the flexible electronic systems have similar structural characteristics and material properties, so the mechanical properties of the typical structure are important parts of the research on the development of flexible electronic technology. Flexible electronic system is mainly composed of electronic components, flexible substrate, conductor and crosslinking adhesive layer structure. At present, the research on the performance of flexible electronic systems is mainly focused on these aspects. The electronic component is an important part of electronic products, and it is the core to realize its function, so the research of electronic components occupies a very important part in the study of the mechanical properties of flexible electronic systems. And the corrugated structure is a common condition in the process of the normal work of electronic components. In the present theory, the exact theoretical analysis of the corrugated plate has not been established. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of the corrugated plate.The article mainly analyses the tensile deformation ability of corrugated plates with different materials and the stress distribution of peaks and troughs.The main contents of this paper include the finite element simulation of corrugated plates under tensile load and the tensile test of corrugated plates. Thro ugh the finite element simulation, the integral law of the stress distribution of the corrugated plates is obtained. This paper puts forward some feasible solution for stress concentration of peaks and troughs to make the stress distribution tend to be uniform and provide a basis for the establishment of the analysis theory of corrugated plates.Based on the research of simulation, three kinds of models and a plurality specimens of corrugated plates are successfully made. The materials of corrugated plates is mainly aluminum and copper. The tensile test has contact measurement and non-contact measurement.Contact measurement use the technology of resistance strain gauge, paste strain gauge at selected locations, calculated stresses based on the measured tensile strain. Non-contact measurement use two-dimensional digital speckle correlation method to capture the images before and after deformation, and then imported into the software to analyze the tensile strain. Finally, the paper analyzes the tension of the corrugated plate and the plate, compares test results with simulation results, verifies the correctness of the simulation and the rationality of the calculation and the analytic process.
