Research And Analysis Of Party Member Management System Of Yunnan University Tourism Culture College

Party members'management is an important and tedious job in the development of higher education.,and It is also a job of technicality,transaction,and implementation. At present, traditional ways such as manual or semi-manual methods are mostly used to deal with such things.Even if world wide web, special internet were used to promote the information of Party members' publicly, there are still a bit of shortcomings existing in the approaches such as the semi modes of operation. On the other hand, with the development of the society, the college become larger and larger including the increasing the amount of party candidates or members. Under such conditions, the work of party members' management becomes more complex and inefficient. More mistakes are easily to be made. As lack of sharing, "information- isolated island" is formed step by step. Under the condition of rapid development of information age, the work of party members' management demands to be open, fair, justice, transparency, democracy and information of the background. Therefore, it is necessary to design and implement a special system to meet the current college party management requirements. With the combined use of party members' management system and internet technology,In this thesis, a few of analysis are taken from the practical implement of Tourism and Culture College of Yunnan University as an example,during the work of party members'management.It is imperative to analysis and design a suitable management system coped with the party members' management more efficiently and practically.This paper is aimed at party members' management system of Tourism and Culture College of Yunnan University.Meanwhile, rough systems research and application status are introduced in detail, main contents of the system are claimed. In the paper, object-oriented software development technology was used.In the analysis, the task, the procedures and the methods of improvement will be stated out. With the description of the original business processes, the reconstruction of the transformation will be described in details;the overall analysis and chart will be used as well to describe the main functions of the system, such as:party members information management, party members development management, membership dues payment and expenses, members' further education management, organization management, party incentive management and so on;In the stage of data analysis, this paper analyzes the functional data items, introduces the function of the system, and then analyzes the relationship between the entity class and database table structure design.According to the system, it not only to improve the efficiency but also the management level as well as better services for both teachers and students.
