The Design And Implementation Of Party Building Information Management System For Weifang Fangzi

With the rapid development of networking and informatization, every stratum in China gradually change the way of the system management from paper-based to information system. While the development of Internet technology lets the technical means and carriers of information management to revolutionary change. the openness and distributivity of Internet, and the huge computing power based on Internet break through the restrictions of time and space. Internet-based management system is becoming one of the hot spots of the research. The platform of the grass-root party building management system is expected to provide convenient, timely and efficient service for the users of grass-root organization, reduce the tedious work and error caused by manual processing, improve the work efficiency of the grass-roots party organizations, and conduct a comprehensive, timely, effective information management of party members belong to the grassroots organization by the management platform.We used Java as a programming language, and used JSP technology as the the background development tools of the system. The system used a three-tier architecture based on the B/S architecture, storing and managing the system data by SQL SERVER2005database to persistent store data. In terms of security, in order to guarantee the security of information, the systems used role-based rights management, enhancing security of system running.This paper described requirements elicitation and requirements analysis, system design, the specific implementation process of the party building information management system of Fangzi District in Weifang City. Firstly, the system conducted to requirements research and requirements elicitation, and then analyzed the content to confirm the function of the system as well as the appropriate way to implement the function. Then with the layered design idea, dividing the system into base layer, middle layer, high-level layer to do functional design and design the involved database. Finally, according to the requirements analysis and system design, using related technology to implement the system, and complete the development work of the entire system.The implementation of the system met the demand of Fangzi District in Weifang City for the system through a series of system design and the system test. The system mainly implemented website information management, information management of party members, party organizations activities management, part membership dues management, and system management for itself. With unceasingly consummates of the function module, the system improved the work efficiency of the party building information management work of grass-roots party organizations, and also strengthened the management of grassroots information, personnel, activities and others.
