This paper is focused on the rapid simulation for active microwave circuit with bias and the relevant numerical processing technology. At first, in view of the fact that the distribution of each port on microwave components is complicated, the conformal PML additional with ABC conditional is studied for the elimination of the reflect wave in the port which is set along any direction in space. Secend, an explicit solution scheme is proposed for the weak solution of electric field while the difference scheme of Newmark-β is used in SETD method. The time stability of this method is studied at the same time. Third, in view of the time domain simulation for active microwave circuit, the algorithm of field-circuit coupling is studied to express the coupling effect between lumped element and microwave transmission network. At the same time, the linear lumped elements are used as matching load to replace the PML.In this foundation, the active nonlinear microwave circuit with PIN tube is studied for the simulation in SETD method. In the method, the lumped charge model of PIN tube is used. The basic principle of the using of field-circuit coupling algorithm with this numerical model is studied. While the DC bias current is included in the circuit, the processing method in SETD is discussed as well. Moreover, the active nonlinear microwave circuit with FET tube is also studied for the simulation in SETD method. In the method, the equivalent circuit of FET tube is used. The basic principle of the using of field-circuit coupling algorithm with this numerical model is studied. While the DC bias voltage is included in the circuit, the processing method in SETD is discussed as well.At last, the simulation of ferrite component which has the characteristic of magnetic anisotropy is studied with SETD method. By the using of convolution formular, the weak solution of electric field in ferrite components with magnetic bias is derived. The results indicate that the characteristic of explicit solution in SETD method is preserved.
