Compared with the conventional wireless communication system. Ultra Wideband (UWB) Communication system has the advantages of large capacity, high speed, high security, low cost, low power and therefore has been widely used. Being an important part of the UWB systems, Ultra-wideband wireless channel has attracted much attention. In this paper, deterministic modeling is used in the simulation and analysis of wireless communication channels. The Spectral-Element Time-Domain Method (SETD) is employed to calculate the electric field and the CLEAN algorithm is used to extract parameters of the channel.Firstly, the background and contribution of this paper is introduced, together with the research methods, significance of wireless communication channels, the basic theory of Ultra-wideband wireless channel and so on.Secondly, the Spectral-Element Time-Domain Method (SETD) is demonstrated, including the features, the solving process, basis functions and applications. It also describes the theoretical foundation of parallel technology. which is as the groundwork of the following part.Next, it focuses on the parallel algorithms design of the SETD method and some optimization technologies are given. Two kinds of parallel design have been discussed and the distribution of the unknowns is according to the dots and elements respectively. The spatial processes dividing optimization technique has also been applied. Then Octree searching algorithm and modified matrix row compression technology have been introduced in extremely complex problems. Several numerical examples have been demonstrated to show the correctness and efficiency of the proposed methods. Then followed by UWB modeling, a high frequency complex and closed communication cabin with many devices has been analyzed. The total number of unknowns is very large. The problem is solved and the electric fields are calculated by the parallel SETD method. This will not only be able to solve problems with large amount of unknowns, but also to simulate fine structures with very high accuracy. The CLEAN algorithm is used to extract parameters of the wireless channel such as the impulse response, time delay, path loss, number of multipath, etc. Finally, the summary and future research directions are presented.
