Research On Infrared Detection Technology Of Ground Target

With the development of infrared and infrared stealth technology weapons,it put forword the increasingly high demand about the infrared technology. The development of the infrared missiles are dependent on the tracking targets’ and their environment’s infrared radiation characteristics,and the equipment of the infrared missile is also required the data about the infrared radiation characteristics as a basis. Now there are many studies on infrared radiation characteristics of the target and the environment, but these theoretical studies still have some distance with the detection characteristics of the specific infrared system. The research in the raditation characteristic of the typical target’s detection has important value in terms of target identification and stealth.This paper aims at research in detection technology about the infrared characteristic of the tank.Firstly,this paper analyzed the atmospheric’s propagation model,discussed the infrared radiation with the atmospheric’s attenuation effect, given the atmospheric’s,ground’s and tank’s infrared radiation model. All of this can provide a theoretical basis in the research in detection technology about the infrared characteristic of the tank.Secondly,this paper analyzed the detection principle of the infrared detection system,designed the key part of the infrared detection system,including the selection of the infrared detector.the design of the optical system and the design of the amplifier circuit,Then assessed the performance of the infrared detection.Thirdly,this paper done a research in the tank’s temperature field characteristic in the state of rest,exercise and fire.carried out the theoretical model about the infrared detection system for the detection process and verified the accuracy of the model. After then,this paper used the model and the parameters of the detection system to simulate,got the voltage detection characteristic of the tank.Lastly,this paper analyzed the infrared image’s processing and the target recognition algorithm,given the method to process the one-dimensional image and two-dimensional image and extract the target feature,proposed a recognition algorithm based on the statistical classification algorithm,then used the simulation data to analyze the algorithm.The test result showed that the algorithm has a high recognition rate and can meet the system requirements.
