Seeker which is used to complete the process of search,identification and tracking automatically is one of the core technologys in precise guided weapons.Because of its advantages such as high control and guidance precision,anti-interference ability,secret secludedness, compact structure,agility and so on,infrared image seeker has become one of the main streams and directions in the development and research of the world's precise guidance technologys.In this paper, the research work is based on the theoretical algorithms of the signal processing involved in infrared image seeker.The article first outlines the background and significance of the signal process algorithms involved in infrared seeker and reviews the history and current situation,then makes up the whole process framework.Secondly,the algorithms of image pretreatment,target detection and target recognition are studied deeply in this paper.Aiming at the characteristics of infrared images,we select the preprocessing algorithm based on the improved mathematical morphological filter to remove system noises, eight goals to detect targets and identify targets based on the geometric fertures and invariant squares after a large number of emulational experiments.Then Aiming at the problems of the traditional methods which are easily misclassified,we select the Ostu method and the adaptive threshold intersected algorithm to segment images.Finally,this paper introduces the tracking algorithms of template match and Meanshift,and they both do well in the tracking function of the signal processing involved in infrared image seeker.
