| We mustuse schedule and conformityand other methods to ensure process management, and to aeffectiveorganizationand implementation if the goal of any project to be realized and to complete the task of project construction within the period prescribed. We must get ready forthe schedule management of project.Effective project management requires not only schedule which is the basement of the conformity,but also the conformity which is guarantee of the implementation of schedule.The combination of schedule and conformity can ensure the projects to be completed in time.In this paper,we take AH police information network and IT operation management system development project, which is the bid of our company,for example, introducing their specific application of schedule and cybernetic theory and related principles and methodsin the process of project.For the application section, we first do an overview of the project, includingthe condition of the project, the objectives and content of theconstruction,design ideas,organization and responsibilities of the project, etc.Secondly, we introduce the theory of schedule which may be applied in the project in detail, and analyze and compare several schedule and preparation methods.Then we select the network planning technology program to design the entire project plan,including the WBS and LRC, the determination of the logical sequence of work activities for the project.Then the project list, network diagrams and critical path are designed in accord with rules of drawn of the network diagramand related parameters calculated.Finally, basing on the control theoryof project schedule, we describe the factors which delay the project,and how to change logical relationship between the workto control the schedule and duration of the project to meet the requirements of the work period. At the same time, we propose the corresponding management measures and methods on the durationand schedule based on the actual situation of the company and project. |
