Study On The Progress Management Of C Company T Product Test Project

With the rapid development of China’s software industry, software testing industry has made considerable progress, and the purpose of software testing is to ensure software product quality. Although the development of the current software testing industry quickly, but domestic awareness of the test levels, test process management are still at an early stage, and the entire software testing industry does not form a standardized system, which also led to the quality of software testing is not effectively supported. Part of Chinese Companies have developed part of the software project management standards which based on the theory of software engineering. But there is no fundamental solution to solve the progress issue of software developing project. It leads to the delay of releasing software products which will make the company lost the markets and competition.Because of the above problems in software project, this article will first state the theory and methods of project progress management, and it will further focus on the control technology. This article will analyze the knowledge and function in schedule management. And I will combine them with a real software project- "T products test project of C company" which will prove the correctness and validity of this article.
