| “Long-term Education reform and Development Plan” explicitly required to speed up the process of education information as the measure of promoting education reform and development. Higher education should develop digital teaching resources basing on their own development requirements to promote the sharing of resources and achieve balance between education development in China. This paper studies the problems and countermeasures of teaching information sharing between higher schools in order to propose clear development prospects and developing countermeasures and promote the sharing of teaching resources, and ultimately promote the upgrading of the level of teaching.The paper mainly researches form four aspects. Firstly, there is an introduction to the background, purpose and the theoretical and practical significance of information resources sharing.Secondly,(the paper) summarizes the general research status and problems of teaching information resources sharing through the sorting of domestic and foreign researches On the basis of existing researches of teaching information resources sharing, the paper determines the main study direction and core concepts. Also, the paper analyses the possibility of teaching information resources sharing according to the research background and related concepts.Thirdly, the paper utilizes questionnaires and interviews to study the current status of teaching information resource sharing and analyzes the status from awareness level and development level. Mean while, the reason why high schools share teaching information resources will be discussed from universities, governments and regional constraints.Finally, the following suggestions will be proposed to promote sharing of information resources and they are: Cultivation of College Teaching Information Resources Sharing consciousness; strong leadership and strengthen regional co-ordinate the construction of government. |
