In industrial applications, particularly in the process of diamond film deposition, the quality parameters of the resonator have been key factors restricting the quality and speed of diamond film deposition. The traditional methods by adjusting the size or input power to increase the cavity resonance parameters all have their limitations, resulting in the output power of the resonator can not be greatly improved. "LHM" is another kind of material and its natures are inconsistent with traditional materials’. By combining theoretical calculation and simulation, the factors that affect the resonant parameters of the resonator are analyzed. The purpose of the project is to analyze the factors affecting the cavity resonance parameters and to summarize the effects and mechanisms of various factors based on the special natures of the "left-handed materials". The relationship between material properties of the filling medium and the resonant parameters of the cavity will be revealed. The results describe the relationship between material properties of the filling medium and the resonant parameters of the cavity. Theoretical calculations show that when using the "left-handed materials" as filling materials in the cavity, the quality factor and resonance frequency can be increased without changing the size of the cavity. This has been proved by HFSS simulation. The conclusion makes the traditional theory have further progress and provides a theoretical basis for the exploration and design of novel resonator.
