This paper takes the Chi Le Ge Er Ta La as the research object, and combine with the journal science, mass communication, culture and art studies and other related research methods, detail analyze the magazine from the start publication operation, content, layout characteristics,current situation On the basis of objective comment on the magazine in the development process of the existing problems and future development of the magazine and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper consists of introduction, text (chapter one to three), conclusion and the appendix of five parts.
