Analysis And Research On Integrated Management System Of Power Supply Bureau Of Yunnan Power Grid Corporation

The KPImanage System is oriented to the medium-term and long-term goal of th e company’s strategic development. Based on the stratified and graded management and control and the PDCA close-loop management, the KPI manage System systematically arranges the managing and controlling logic of strategic targets, strategic paths, core indexes, key measures, pivotal tasks, and performance evaluation methods. In the integrated application of advanced technology of computer, network and database, the system stratifies the strategic targets and the plans of action and also converges executive information from the bottom to the top. Specifically, the KPI manage System utilizes diverse technologies of visible exhibition to do the panoramic and multidimensional supervision and the close-loop management, facilitating supervisors with real-time and dynamic strategic indexes and with execution of pivotal tasks to help them fully develop and promptly revise the strategy and demand, which guarantees an effective implementation of the strategy.This dissertation introduces the background of the research, significance of the project, current stage of progress and present circumstance of application in relate to the KPI manage System, and in the meantime clarifies the research contents and its major task. In the analysis the system’s business operation, this dissertation analyzes problems in the system, the structure of organization, and inherent operation flow before it proposes an improved version of the work flow. During the assay of its function, via detailed description of case studies, the illumination on the systematical function is followed by a graphic illustration of the overall function package and a graphic illustration of particular function package. When analyzing the data, this thesis makes an assay of the data to be processed by each function of the system.
