On this basis, as for its budget management needs, it mainly related these contents about business analysis, functional analysis, data analysis and so on, combining with object-oriented method. Among them, in business analysis, the paper analyzed some points, including system problems, organizational structure, existing business processes, and appeared the transformation of business processes; In the functional analysis, it cleared the function of the system by the case analysis and use case descriptions, and made a package diagram about the overall function and sub-function package, which included the basic data management, budgeting, management and others;In the data analysis, it analyzed the data for each function of the system and cleared entity class diagram, establishing the database structure; Finally, this article made a summary and prospects about the research and analysis carried out of the company’s budget management system.
