Along with the increasing scale of software system, it is urgent to solve the problem of low productivity, low quality and high pay. Software reuse is one of the available methods to solve these problems. Especially, along with the appearance of object-oriented technology, the research of software reuse has a wider development. The software reuse that based on object-oriented design makes it possible for the software system to fit the changing requirement, which is propitious to the standardization, production and automatic manufacture of software. In this thesis, after we analyzed in detail the character of object-oriented reuse, we researched the method, and validated the validity of object-oriented reuse by a real project.At first, we limited the content of object-oriented reuse, mainly researched the support of object-oriented analysis and design. Class as the reuse object of object-oriented reuse, has the trait of strong independency, high plasticity and clear interface. By means of inheritance, combination and polymorphism, the basal object can finish complex function. The second, we researched object-oriented reuse that is base on software design pattern. We discussed the support of design pattern to reuse from object builder, object component and object alteration., and described how to support transplant, expansibility, reuse of software during the design.This thesis is based on the Budget Information Disposal System of Tianjin SeaSun Corporation. We adopted the technology of object-oriented reuse to realize the production and use of budget information, discussed the development of approving subsystem, researched forecast supporting algorithms as component and realized forecast supporting algorithms library adopting COM, which is a good base for enterprise to make decision. The finished system that is running has better expansibility, which proves the efficiency of the object-oriented reuse application in practice.
