Therefore, the insurance industry is facing a huge challenge to design a good insurance claims management system is the only way a company to gain a firm foothold.The research focus of this paper is to provide a good performance, quality clearance, simple, intelligent, modular, easy to manage insurance claims management system for the insurance claims industry. This system mainly through the UML modeling language of the insurance claims system for research and analysis. According to business needs, from the report management, insurance management, survey and assess the damage management, compensation management and closed management of the five business module. According to business analysis, the system can be divided into six user roles, which is the customer, claims service, Claims Manager, financial manager, claims center director and system administrator, and the function modules of the system are analyzed by using UML use case diagram and package diagram. Finally, the system’s data is analyzed by using the probabilistic class diagram, the thumbnail and the entity relationship diagram, and the database table structure of the insurance claims management system is designed.Insurance claims management system using the modern computer technology and Internet technology, and combined with the advantages of the traditional model of insurance industry. In the design process, the design side of the management to consider the rationality of the system design, making the system has a very practical side. Through the construction of this system, the efficiency of the insurance industry can be greatly improved, and the transparency of information is rapidly improved.
