| This article introduces the research&analysis background of Zhangzhou vehicle driving license revocation management system, the signification of this project, and its current state&application, which defines the content of this research&main work-frame. In Business analysis, this article has analyzed the related rules, legal basis, working requirements&working applicable rules for revoking vehicle driving license; also it analyzes the situation for revoking the license by law, the situation for revoking the license with other punishments by law, the working requirements for revoking the license, the problems for this management system and its structure&operation flow, and worked out the new operation flow. In functional analysis, by analyzing the role&system application, this article defines the functions for this system, and also work out the diagram for the overall functions&sub functions. In data analysis, this article has analyzed the functional data required for each function of this system, and works out the thumbnail for regulation managements, revocation application, revocation approval, revocation execution, files archiving, revocation statistic, untreated supervision, management system; also works out database table by analyzing the relations between entities. At the end, this article has made a conclusion over the research&analysis, and has a prospect over future work. With the analysis of Zhangzhou vehicle driving license revocation system, i am knowing more about the related rules&working flow of license revocation. By using the revocation management system, it will standardize the work of traffic police departments, help the revocation information managed, and increase the working efficiency a lot. |
