In the traditional middle school educational administration management is mostly manual processing, the work efficiency is low and easy to make mistakes and lose the material and so on. Through the middle school educational administration management information, it can reduce the labor intensity, improve the working efficiency and processing speed, but also can improve the comprehensive level of the whole school.This paper introduces the background and research status of the middle school educational administration management system, and the research contents of the whole thesis. Analysis of a chapter in the business process, the organization, the original business related to the middle school educational administration are analyzed, such as curriculum, student registration, business operations, business processing scheduling results published business and student evaluation of teaching business and other content, then the business process for the corresponding optimization; analysis of a chapter in the function, in the business process on the basis of analysis, a comprehensive analysis of the function of cases, in order to clear the school educational management system functions, and gives the system function package diagram to supplement the analysis; chapter in the data, to the middle school educational administration management system corresponding to the required data were analyzed, including the concept of class, teaching the management system related to the class diagram and class diagram abbreviated entity entities such as related content, table structure and further the establishment of the system; finally, summarize the work of school management system of the whole research and analysis, and then put forward the prospect of further work.
