Analysis And Design Of Psychological Counseling And Management System For College Students In Yichun University

Currently, the network technology advances has brought great convenience for people’s life, and information technology, electronic technology has been selection to save cost, and improve the efficiency of work. Construction of information technology in the medical field has been rapidly developed and progressed. In this context, the psychological counseling management system of Yichun University still performed by manual registration with paper. However, with the increase in the size of the student, it’s not only inefficiency, but also often makes mistakes due to careless in management. Therefore, we design a software in keeping with demand of psychological counseling information management system, which medical personnel can manage and control, in order to achieve high efficient counseling management with office automation, save management costs, improve work efficiency.Firstly, the paper introduces the research background of psychological counseling management system, the research significance and importance of the project and outlines the issues to be addressed. Then, using business flowcharts analysis in detail the business of Yichun counseling management system. Meanwhile, on the basis of business processes, we analysis the function of each model and give the case diagrams and case description, package diagrams of each model; In addition to, we design in detail the database by using the entity class diagram, and database table structure; Finally, the paper summarizes the development of this system is first made, and then point out the deficiencies in the work place and put some work to improve the system.
