Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) was put forward by Gartner Group in 1990. The application of ERP gets more and more popular in enterprise with the development of economy and under the high pressure of the market competition. But the application effect in practice of this system is not ideal. ERP system could not meet the needs of enterprise administer actuality and business activity optimized continuously. The new method to develop the complicated and changing ERP system should be adopted. It can map the new requirements or change business rules to the system model and code of the software dynamically and smoothly.UML is a unified modeling language to describe, construct, visualize dense system of software and made documents. RUP is a unified process of the Rational Company. CIM?OSA is Computer Integrated Manufacturing-Openness System Architecture developedby twenty-two companies of European Economic Community and Universities.A new modeling frame model is discussed in my paper which is called TDSMT, based on the RUP unified process and the CIM-OSA analysis method from such aspects as function, process, structure, information and resource used UML modeling language as tools to build the models. This method has three characteristics: It is three dimensions solid modeling system architecture; it is a integrated and unified model; it is a dynamic and flexible model. It is discussed from two aspects of the TDSMT model: business analysis and system model. Modeling process and technique of ERP are given.
