Design Of Embedded Remote Gas Early Warning System

The current gas monitoring platform features a single, small range, much more than a machine monitoring, monitoring data transmission cable is given priority to, to improve the efficiency and accuracy of gas leakage monitoring, to develop a wide range, strong function of gas early warning system is imperative. This paper mainly studies the embedded remote gas early warning system, expect the GPRS mobile phone signal achieve mastery of gas concentration, leak, reducing gas accidents.This paper first explains the embedded system as well as the processor, and Linux embedded system are analyzed and the characteristic of the ARM processor; This paper introduces the embedded remote gas early warning system of hardware and software development platform, the overall scheme of the early warning system is given at last. Second, detailed introduces the S3C2410 processor peripheral circuit design, including the crystals/reset circuit, clock circuit and RAM, etc. It gives the design scheme of liquid crystal display circuit, From short distance wireless communication module, serial communication module, GPRS short message transceiver module and debug the JTAG module from several aspects to the design of communication module circuit in detail. For gas early warning, the types and application of gas sensor, this paper analyzed the characteristics of various types of gas sensor and the system for the selected sensors, the acquisition circuit principle diagram is also given. Again, the initialization program of system S3C2410 processor, as well as the initialization step, the second with the ZIGBEE wireless transmitting module and the GSM SMS module driver software program design. Finally, this system has realized the Linux serial port and so on data transmission, and the performance of the system was tested, the test shows that platform to meet the design requirements, stable performance.
