Research And Analysis On Class Management Information System Of Zunyi Vocational And Technical College

In recent years, with the strengthening of the construction of our college, the integration of teaching and training, and the continuous improvement of the college’s comprehensive strength, the enrollment scale of the students has reached more than 9000 people, although the number of students increased, and the increase of teachers and management staff has lagged behind, which makes the daily management of college students become more onerous. If still use the traditional management mode, will cause a lot of work to repeat the operation, the workload is increased. Based on such a working environment, the research direction of this thesis is "the students class management information system of Zunyi Vocational and Technical College" is to improve the efficiency of students’daily management, and to design the teaching management information. Therefore, the paper describes the research and analysis of Zunyi vocational and technical college students in the class management information system, using modern information management to achieve the daily management of the class, can not only avoid oversights and trouble existing in manual management mode, also can realize the manual method cannot (or difficult) to achieve the function, according to the law of the development of vocational education, training innovative talents demand, the use of modern information technology, to explore the management mode of students, promote the modernization of management of students. Through my years of experience in Zunyi Vocational and Technical College students management work experience, I found the problem of the shortage of personnel, the division of labor is not clear, staff communication and collaboration is not timely. The research of this thesis is to solve the problems and to alleviate them. In the business analysis, the paper lists the existing business, organizational structure, the original business process and the analysis, and write down the optimized business process and the various functional modules, given the example analysis, system function diagram, illustrates the function of the system. In the data analysis, the paper also analyzes the data of each function, and lists the database tables. Specific research and development of the system includes: student records management, class curriculum management, class performance management, class dormitory management, class management, student attendance management, system management, the seven major functional modules and the specific function of the realization. In the end, the paper summarizes the research and analysis of the students’ class management information system of Zunyi Vocational and Technical College, and looks forward to the next step of the work and objectives.
