Research And Analysis On The Information Management System Of Pre - School Education In Yichun Vocational And Technical College

Now with the advent of the era of big data, all fields are faced with challenges of complex data. School management, especially the professional reporting performance information management is no exception. As a result of the use of real-time and reliability in network communication, the staff can recognize relative information to query and update in time, then to ensure that the school face real-time data, greatly facilitate the school’s management. In this paper, we design the Information Management System of Yichun Institute of Technology, which is effective to help the school to organize and report the performance, which greatly reduces the human and material resources needed for the activities.First, the paper introduces the research background, significance, current research and application of the Information Management System of Yichun Institute of Technology, and clears the main contents and the main work of this paper. Then it uses the principle and method of software engineering to analyze the system. In the business analysis, it uses flow chart to analyze the problems, the organization and the original business process, and gives the optimized business process. In functional analysis, it adopts the data flow diagram to analysis, and gives the data dictionary, has been clear about the function of the system, designs overall function of the system architecture and sub-modules, including perform planning management, program registration management, program selection management, perform layout management, announcement management, funds management, basic information management and system management of eight modules. In the data analysis, it analyzes the required data of the system, gives the E-R chart, and establishes the database table structure. Finally, it do summarize, and the further work is prospected.
