Currently, zunyi vocational and technical college is not the office automation, document processing is still in the old way of manual paper, paper document process trival, file copy quantity into a geometric growth is in the process of transmission, repetitive labor cost of human resources at the same time, the entire file time-consuming process and efficiency is very low. Development accord with the actual needs of our official document processing document processing system to improve the efficiency, reduce office costs has very important practical significance.Daily document processing flow around zunyi institute of technology, this paper based on the principle and method of software engineering theory, referring to the specification and process of document processing system, according to the actual needs of the business, from a view of object-oriented and UML modeling technology of the institute of technology of profession of zunyi document processing system functional requirements and non-functional requirements for the detailed demand analysis, the foreign language processing, text processing process and processing management and business management are analyzed. The system consists of seven function modules:chop management, text processing, foreign language processing, document management, user management, filing, department management. Illustrates the requirement description of each function module, participate in the roles, processes, instructions and use case diagram, finally, the system is summarized and prospected.
