Research And Analysis On Student 's Work Management Information System In Minxi Vocational And Technical College

With the development of teaching reform, the teaching practice of college students is more and more colorful, and the forms are becoming more and more diversified, especially the design professional. The design works of MINXI Vocational and Technical College are just the same. Because of the design works management for school is not so good to preserve the work and to play its value, the research of management information system for student work is particularly important.This thesis introduces the research background, the current research and the main work and research contents of MINXI Vocational & Technical College students’works management system. Based on the analysis of the original business processes for the student works’management, the optimized business processes are given. Through the use case analysis and use case descriptions, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the system function package diagram、the basic information sub-function package diagram、Students’ works task arrangement sub-function package diagram、 Students’ works storage management sub-function package diagram、Students’t works evaluation sub-function package diagram、Students’ works exhibition sub-function package diagram. The data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity class relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
