| With the rapid development of China’s economy and industry, the people and businesses’ demand for electricity are more and more bigger, power supply is increasingly tight, ended the first half of 2015, the State Grid manages area’s all electricity consumption is 2.1054 KWh, increased of 0.8%. This is imminent to solve our country’s huge demand for electricity.In the past,the power plant’s fuel management has been in the manual mode, so that the drawbacks is that information is not timely updates, slow efficiency, fuel management is not standardized and so on. Now int the information age, this outdated management model suited to market gradually, slowly being phased out, the mode of management of fuel information system emerged.Through the understanding of Binhai Touxiexin Company of China Electric Power’s current management situation, this article studied and analyzed the Binhai Touxiexin Company of China Electric Power’s system of fuel management.The paper introduces the research’s background,research’s significance and current research’s application of Binhai Touxiexin Company of China Electric Power’s fuel management system, using the development mode of Oriented Structure, cleared the contents and main thesis.In business analysis, the paper analyzes the system problems, organizational structured and existing business processes, summed up the lack of existing business, gives the optimized business processes,summed up the lack of existing business, gives the optimized business processes.In functional analysis, the paper through analyzes the data stream and data dictionary, defined function of the system, given the overall function of the system architecture, the structure of the functional modules, including six functional modules of incoming management, production management, purchasing management, supplier management, financial management, systems management.In the data analysis, the paper analyzed data of systems’each function needed to handle, to make a description of the entityproperties of the data, analyzed the relationship of the entity, gived the E-R diagram, established the structure of database table.Finally, combined contents and requirements of the Binhai Touxiexin Company of China Electric Power’s system of fuel management, the fuel management system will not only need to obey technical and working principles, but also reached a expected results after the completion. |
