Research And Analysis On Library Periodical Management System Of Chinese Academy Of Fine Arts

As the most common and most influential place, library periodicals have always been the first choice to enhance the knowledge and ability of the teachers and students in the classroom. With the increase of library resources and journals, it is only to improve the capability of library information and platform management, strengthen the unified management of the library journal resources, improve the management process and service function. As the journal management involves the type and quantity of periodicals, the complex management and departments, how to manage the periodical management efficiently and scientifically is not a very simple thing. For this consideration, the author analyzes and system designs the journal management system of The China Academy of Art.This paper takes the The China Academy of Art journal management business as the background, discusses the significance of the project construction, expound the system development methods and related technologies. Using the principle and method of software engineering, the system is designed and analyzed. In the requirement analysis, the business process diagram and use case diagram are used to analyze the system, which includes business requirements, functional requirements, non functional requirements, performance requirements and security requirements. In the system design, the system including the design of subscription, periodical acquisition, cataloging, and periodical subscriptions, off the shelf binding, archive management, backstage management, system management, and other functions of the system.
