Research And Analysis On Maintenance Management System Of Logistics Group

With the rapid development of the Internet technology and social economy,, higher education scale is expanding year by year, the number of teachers and students in college continues to be increase, the logistics management in college is facing the huge challenge. With the general requirements of" rapid reaction, satisfactory service" in college logistics work, Dongguan University of Technology is still using the traditional methods such as manual issue to repair and the manual statistical repair quantity and manual statistical materials. In fact, these operation methods can’t meet the existing repair requirements. It greatly increases the difficulty of the management work, which makes the low efficiency, complex process, conflict, error prone problem and low humanization. The phenomenon above results in the disconnection to the college development. According to the actual condition in the college and the small repair project in logistics group, this paper makes the research and analysis for an information system that sets for the logistics group repair management.This paper introduces the background of the repair management system, the project significance and current situation of the research and application, the main work contents and the work steps. In business analysis, it analyzes the problems of system, organization, the original business process and then proposes the transformation of the business process. In functional analysis, the thesis illustrates the function of the system through case analysis and case description, and also the overall function of the system including package diagram and package diagram of sub functions, such as the repair report management, daily maintenance management, small repair management, statistical statements, system management package diagram, etc. In data analysis, this paper analyzes the data that needed in each function of the system. It presents the entity relation diagram and establishes the structure of database. In the end, it summarizes the work of research and analysis, and expects the further work.
