Research And Analysis On Logistics Management Information System Of Jingxian School

Jing Xian School is an excellent middle school in Jiang Men, Guang Dong. It’s a big school which has a long history. There are many campus facilities so that the quantity of logistics maintenance is very large. Because of the repair process, we often have the omissions or delays of repair. In addition, our school plans to implement the socialization of logistic service in order to collect the logistic maintenance data, to have reasonable purchase of maintenance supplies and logistics maintenance management. It can help us establish a scientific and efficient, systematic and fine system. In order to promote the development of logistics informationization, and to meet the requirements of "Digital Campus" construction, I carried out the research and analysis of the logistics maintenance management information system in our school.According to the analysis, the logistics maintenance of Jing Xian School mainly includes the report of maintenance, the arrangement of maintenance, the field maintenance and so on. What’s more, the repair material is also related to the inventory management of material and procurement management. all of these can be used by information management. And then according to the specific situation of the logistics maintenance of Jing Xian School, I got the demand from management information system, and set the goal of this thesis.After a detailed introduction of the background information, significance as well as the present condition of the information system of the management of logistic and maintenance adopted by JingXian High School, this article consists of the three sections of analysis:in the section of operational analysis, a reformed workflow is suggested after the comprehensive analysis of the existing problems, organization and workflow of the present one; by the means of case analysis and case description, the section of functional analysis clarifies the function of the system, giving a clear picture of the overall function and sub-function of the system, which includes the pictures of the management of basic information, maintenance, the stock and the purchase of maintenance material together with the management of the system itself; a full analysis of all the data concerned with the functions of this system has been made in the section of data analysis, resulting in the relation graphs of the substantial items and the construction of database and relevant graphs. The last section of the article makes a summary of the research and analysis conducted in this phrase, with the aim of making a prediction of further research.
