Analysis And Design Of Information System For Train Management Of Shenzhen Subway

Nowadays, the extraordinary development of Rail Transit in China, immensely relieve stress for urban transportation. Shenzhen Rail, as one of the leader in China Rail Transit, it insist in consumer lead innovation, continuously self-develop new technologies, integrate & innovate new equipment; many technology has reached the world’s leading level and information construction has also entered a rapid development stage, so as to adapt to the needs of development of networking and internationalization. Besides, training management for Subway attendants & driver is an important function of Crew department, Passenger Transport Branch 1, operating headquarters of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. Currently, the training of driver induction training, daily refresher training and evaluation record are by manual management which is time-consuming and inefficient. Therefore, to realize the training management informationization with computer management technology becomes an urgent need.This paper describes the background of Shenzhen subway Crew training management system, lists the problems to solve, emphasize the importance and research meaning of this project, analyze the actual status of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. with object oriented thought, design a training and management system which conform to the actual status of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. This system include the whole training management process such as new driver training plan formulation、training course daily management、daily appraisal records、computer test. And it is divided into 7 function modules:driver training file、training plan、training management、test bank management、test paper management、computer test management、user management. Otherwise, this paper not only makes the business needs analysis, function requirement analysis and data analysis, but also generally design for Shenzhen subway attendants & driver training management system. It divide the system into specific function module and describe the main function in details with package diagram、concept map、arrow diagram. Finally we design the system main entity relationship graph through the database, and set up the table structure.At the end of the paper, it describe the shortages of the system, and the possible problems may occur. In actual development process, summarize and prospect of future work.
