Design And Implement Of Personnel Information Management System Of Military Hospital

With the coming of the information era, the computer systems are used more and more in every walk of life. The hospitals should face the challenge. Using the Hospital Information System(HIS) can we improve the management, improve work efficiency and improve the medical quality, etc. At present, "Military No. 1" Hospital Information System is used by our military hospital as the standard software. This makes the information construction of military hospital stride into a new period.This article introduces a Database application system named "Personnel Information Management System of Military Hospital " (RY-IS) relying on the" Military No. 1" project network It stores doctor and nurse's basic information in the form of digitization, and has simple inquiry interface. This makes the information of doctor and nurse very clear to all kinds of users such as the patient, leader, doctor and nurse, etc. It offers the means for realizing "the patient selects the doctor ", and has solved the current situation of managing staff's scientific training information by manual in military hospital, and makes it possible to manage staff scientifically and high-efficiently. It also has expanded, enriched the content of the "Military No.1" project greatly, and makes the information construction of military hospital become more and more ripe constantly.This paper pays most attention to illuminate the methods of design and implementation on Hospital Information System, and analyzes each design parts of this system, it trys to make a whole framework from the aspects of Requirement analysis, Database design and Model design, and introduces the structural methods on analysis and design technique in detail. It introduces prominently the structural technology of Requirement analysis and the structural analysis and design method of software. By the analysis of requirement on function and data flow and by the model design of RY-IS, it gets the analysis design result about the system flow chart of Requirement analysis, the Data Flow graph, the Requirement specification instructions, the structure drawing of the system design, the basic processing explanation and so on. It gives the Conceptual design, the Logical design, and the Physical design on the system Database model through the angle of the software design, and gets the Entity-Relationship graph. In addition, it makes the minute explanation to the details which are thought to be important and analyzes the means of design and the possibility on the further priority.
