With the rising university enrollment and students’ constantly demand of second classroom activities, university auditorium activity as the main form of the second classroom teaching and practice, it plays an increasingly important role in cultivating students’ overall quality. However, the traditional means of university auditorium activity management is inefficient, complex process and may lead to the participants in the competition and other issues, we urgently need to use modern information technology to enhance the management level and service capabilities in university auditorium activity.Against the background of university information construction, this paper combines with the actual situation of Zhejiang University of Technology, proposes a university auditorium activity management information system, including declaration of auditorium activity, borrowing auditorium, activity notice, activity feedback, basic information management and systems management.This paper carefully studies and analyzes the university auditorium activity management information system of Zhejiang University of Technology from business analysis, functional analysis and data analysis. Firstly, analyze the problems of traditional university auditorium activity management, using the form of activity diagram to analyze the existing business processes, and analyzes the optimize business processes which have been transformed by the information technology tools. Secondly, based on analysis the system roles, using system case diagrams and system function package diagram to analyze the business functions of the system. Then, based on the analysis of the relationship among the system control classes, using thumbnail class diagram to analyze the data demand of every functional module, put forward the required data entity classes of functional modules, and design the corresponding system database tables. At last, summarize the main research work of this paper, point out the lack of this paper and prospect the next work in the future.
