Research And Analysis On Information Management System Of Civil Service In Xingyi City

With the rapid development of information network technology, e-government system emerged. The new public servants administration of Xingyi city have a problem with large volume of business and high repetition rate, so the urgent need is to design modern information management system for the informatization and standardization of public servants administration, as the same of improving the efficiency.The article uses the idea of object-oriented in software engineering to research and analyze the information system for Xingyi city. In the course of system research and analysis, the article researches five roles including the new public servants competent department of Qianxinan state and Xingyi city, work units, new public servants, and the system administrator; makes use of UML modeling technology, database technology, and the modeling tools which is called Visual Paradigm for UML, analyzes the hiring management module, the positive representation management module, the registration management module, the query statistics management module, the business reminder management module, the basic data management module, and the system management module; puts forward descriptions of Activity diagrams, Use Case diagram, Class diagram, Entity Relationship diagram, and so on. It initially completes the overall design of the information system. At present, the management information development lags behind the business increased. First of all, to solve this problem, the article roduces the background and significance of Xingyi City’s public servants administrative information system, the application status and research status of the thesis, the author’s main job, and the object. Second again, the article analyzes the system business, including business description, the original business process analysis, business process optimization. And then, according to business process masterstroke, the author analyzes the functions, including the role analysis, use-case analysis, function package diagram analysis. After that, the author carries on data analysis, researches on functional data and entity relationship. At last, the article summarizes the main contents of the study, finds its own problems and shortcomings, makes a vision of further work.
