Research And Analysis On Logistics Asset Management System Of Hangzhou University Of Electronic Science And Technology

In this thesis, the author introduced the social background of logistics asset management system in colleges and universities, the starting point, the significance and the importance of the program as Well as the current situation of research and application. Research contents and main work of this thesis were clearly pointed out. In business analyses, the author analyzed organizations and departments using this system from the perspective of the logistics organization structure of Hangzhou Electronic Science and Technology University and drew the system organization chart. And also, the author proposed arguments, described some existing problems in traditional asset management methods and technologies and put forward problems which were later discussed and solved in the thesis. Asset acquisitions, allocations, retirements, losses, inspections and other business process were analyzed and introduced in this thesis. Based on these, the author proposed reformed business process of new assets, asset allocations, assets variations, assets inspections and assets query and briefly analyzed reasons for process reformation and its significance. In function analyses, through case analyses and descriptions, the author clearly showed functions of the system and offered the packet diagram of the overall function and the packet diagrams of sub-functions. The sub-packet diagrams included new assets, asset allocations, assets retirements, assets losses, assets inspections, assets query and the system management In data analyses, the author analyzed data processed by every function of the system and put forward concept class diagram. Meanwhile, the author analyzed entity class relations, put forward class diagrams and set up the list structure of the data base. Finally, in this thesis, the author summarized the research and analyses and came up with expectations of further work.
